LEAP Global began with a simple but frustrating truth:
Engineers have what it takes to build powerful businesses, but most never start.
Why? Because the path isn’t clear.
Traditional startup advice doesn’t speak to analytical minds. Accelerators want a pitch deck before your idea is even validated. And most business courses teach theory, not traction.
At the heart of LEAP are Hazan Günay and Udaya Silva, two engineers who built HSB Solutions, a multi-7-figure global engineering company, entirely from scratch.
As engineers, we lived this gap, trying to turn our skills into a business without a roadmap, without the right language, and without support that matched how we think and build.

Hazan Günay
The Technical Visionary
An engineer, mentor, and changemaker—Hazan is a force in Turkey’s engineering and startup scene. As co-founder of HSB Solutions, she has built a global aerospace company from scratch, HSB Solutions, delivering advanced engineering solutions to customers in Japan, Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Europe.
Hazan is still active as an engineer, solving complex problems as an avionics systems engineer and a Compliance Verification Engineer with EASA—but her influence reaches far beyond the technical. She’s a mentor, a role model, and a passionate advocate for women in STEM. She actively supports and guides the next generation of leaders through mentorship and community impact.
At LEAP, Hazan brings deep technical credibility, unmatched execution, and the grounded confidence of someone who built real things with real constraints and real stakes.
Udaya Silva
The Strategic Builder
Udaya is more than an engineer—he’s a strategist, communicator, and multi-time founder with a truly global perspective. His superpower? Translating bold visions into simple, actionable strategies without losing the human element.
He’s worked across Europe, Asia, and North America, advising startups, scaling companies, and mentoring first-time founders. With deep insight into product-market fit, branding, and cross-cultural growth, Udaya helps businesses move fast without losing their soul.
He speaks the language of engineers but also of investors, customers, and future partners.
At LEAP, Udaya brings real-world clarity not from textbooks, but from boardrooms, hard-won lessons, and startup pivots that taught what no MBA ever could.
He’s the one who’ll ask the hard questions—and help you find the smartest, simplest answers.
Kübra Koparan
The Operational Force
Kübra’s journey is the definition of LEAP. Trained as an engineer, she transitioned into business leadership through hands-on experience, growing alongside Hazan and Udaya, and learning to lead like an entrepreneur from within.
As Head of Business & Operations at HSB Solutions, she helps to drive everything: finance, HR, project management, international expansion, and strategic partnerships. From TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB grants to global collaborations, from building internal systems to executing proposals, Kübra has shaped the operational backbone of a company scaling across continents.
Known for her relentless drive, precision under pressure, and bias for action, she’s the execution engine behind LEAP Global, ensuring that every founder has the clarity and structure to move forward.
This is her first personal leap into entrepreneurship.
And she’s making it count by building a platform that makes the path faster, easier, and more visible for every engineer ready to take theirs.
