CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Welcome to LEAP Global. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing our digital services and programs through www.leapglobal.net.


By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Distance Sales Agreement.


1. LEGAL BASIS

All purchases on this website are governed by:

  • Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection

  • Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / No. 29188)

  • Applicable European Union consumer rights laws (including GDPR, where relevant)

LEAP Global offers digital content and online services that are exempt from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation and Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, once service delivery begins with your consent.


2. NO REFUND AFTER PURCHASE

Our services include mentoring, coaching, training, downloadable templates, and membership-based programs, which are:

  • Delivered digitally and/or live

  • Personalized and non-transferable

  • Accessible immediately upon purchase

By confirming your order, you:

  • Consent to immediate access to the digital service

  • Acknowledge that your right to withdraw from the contract is waived

Therefore, all payments are considered final, non-refundable, and non-reversible, regardless of usage or attendance.

If you believe a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction), please contact us within 3 days of purchase for review.


3. PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY

Payments can be made via:

  • Credit or debit card (processed securely online)

We do not store your card information. All payments are encrypted and processed using secure payment gateways.

In the event of unauthorized usage or chargeback after service access has been granted, LEAP Global reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access to the service

  • Recover any benefits received by the Buyer

  • Initiate legal and/or collection procedures, including interest and legal fees


4. SERVICE NON-PERFORMANCE (FORCE MAJEURE)

If LEAP Global cannot deliver the service due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical failure, natural disaster), we will notify you promptly and offer one of the following:

  • Rescheduling of the service

  • Replacement with an equivalent service

  • Full refund within 14 business days if the service was never accessed


5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing any service, the Buyer agrees to:

  • Review all program details, modules, and terms before completing payment

  • Use the service responsibly and in accordance with the platform guidelinesUnderstand that non-attendance or non-usage does not entitle the Buyer to any refund, credit, or deferment


6. LATE PAYMENT OR DEFAULT

If payment is not completed, or a chargeback is initiated after access is granted:

  • LEAP Global is not obligated to deliver or continue any service

  • The Buyer may be held responsible for all resulting losses, damages, and collection costs


7. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Istanbul, or another jurisdiction chosen by the Seller, subject to applicable mandatory consumer laws.
