Below you will find our current policy regarding bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling: Cancellation Policy - All LEAP Global programs and services are digital, non-transferable, and accessible immediately upon purchase. - By completing your order, you acknowledge that your right to cancel or request a refund is waived. - All payments are final and non-refundable once service delivery has begun. - In the case of payment errors (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact us within 3 days of purchase. - If a service is undelivered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or force majeure), we will offer: A reschedule, An equivalent replacement, or A full refund (if access has not been granted). Appointment Booking & Change Policy We offer flexibility while ensuring quality and preparation for each session. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time, directly via their online booking confirmation. - Latest Booking Window: Appointments can be booked no later than 3 hours before the session start time.
