Cancellation Policy

Below you will find our current policy regarding bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling: Cancellation Policy - All LEAP Global programs and services are digital, non-transferable, and accessible immediately upon purchase. - By completing your order, you acknowledge that your right to cancel or request a refund is waived. - All payments are final and non-refundable once service delivery has begun. - In the case of payment errors (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact us within 3 days of purchase. - If a service is undelivered due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or force majeure), we will offer: A reschedule, An equivalent replacement, or A full refund (if access has not been granted). Appointment Booking & Change Policy We offer flexibility while ensuring quality and preparation for each session. - Rescheduling: You may reschedule at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time, directly via their online booking confirmation. - Latest Booking Window: Appointments can be booked no later than 3 hours before the session start time. These settings are in place to respect everyone’s time and to allow proper preparation before each consultation or meeting. We appreciate your understanding and professionalism.
